Founded by a group of tech enthusiasts and CRM experts with over 25 years of experience, we aspire to build a platform that’s powerful, intuitive, and adaptable as we believe that technology should empower teams — not complicate them.
Leow Beng Ho Paul, a CRM specialist with extensive expertise in areas such as Lifetime Value (LTV) and predictive marketing with a strong belief in the power of customer focus. He is one of the founding member of AARM (Association for the Advancement of Relationship Marketing) Canada (1996), based in Toronto Canada. He delivers consulting, training & teaching in areas like – Customer Relationship Management, Lifetime Value, Integrated Marketing Communication, big data, predictive marketing, customer service, leadership and even set-up a skilled based vocational institute..
With over 7 years of experience in CRM, she has successfully led various digital transformation initiatives across industries such as tourism, logistics, hospitality, and automotive.
Anyssa is passionate about leveraging technology to drive impactful business solutions and continues to deepen her knowledge in CRM to stay at the forefront of innovation. She has managed projects involving cutting-edge technologies like Salesforce, SAP, and Blockchain, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological advancements. Driven by a vision for seamless, user-friendly tools, Anyssa works tirelessly to ensure Sunny CRM delivers real value to our clients, fostering growth and lasting relationships
